| Highlights of the New Technology |
• Test Result of Grey Iron and S G Iron for % CE, % C and % Si, is now obtained within about 45 seconds, as against more than 3 minutes (i.e. 180 seconds)
needed by earlier systems.
• The quick result (in 45 seconds) directly results in energy saving due to reduced waiting time for the resulf. This means a lot to every foundryman.
• Saves Metal: As against approx. 350 gramnes of molten saleable metal used by other old systems, the new technology requires only approx. 60 grammes of metal, yet gives more accurate analysis.
• Improved Accuracy: Super Cups used with the patented technology are far more accurate and reliable, giving consistent results as compared to all old systems.
• Saving in storage and transporation : Super Cup has reduced the transportation and storage cost to less than half that of the earlier cups. |
